I like to watch movies very much. And my favourite movie is Home Alone. It is an old film, it was made in 1990. But it’s very funny and kind. I like the main character in the film. His name is Kevin. He is a little boy and he was accidentally left home alone by his family. But he is a very clever and independent kid. He can cook, clean house, do shopping himself. One day he learns, that some robbers want to rob his house. So he decides to protect the house himself. There are a lot of funny scenes in the film. Kevin makes all kinds of tricks and traps. And the robbers fall into the traps.
Now, I am going to tell you about watching films. First of all it is worth mentionig that I really like to watch films.
As for me, I watch different kinds of films. But my favourite genres are drama and adventure. As I have already mentioned, I am fond of viewing films. Because on the one hand they help me to relax. On the orther hand they give me the opportunity to come down my nerves after hard school day. That is why I watch films very often.
In conclusion, I want to say that the best way to spend your time and relax is watching films as often as you can. And I would recommend everybody to rest in such way.

I use vkontakte, facebook, twitter, instagram. I’m an active user of all these social networking sites. I chat with my friends, play online games, listen to music and watch funny videos. I have the Internet in my phone. For one hand, it’s cool that I can watch news when I go by bus/train/metro. From the other hand, I notice that I’m keen on the Internet. If I have nothing to do, I open my phone/laptop and surf the Internet. Sometimes I don’t even take the time. The Internet impacts my life.
The Internet has pros and cons. Of course, for me the Internet is a great pleasure. Thanks, developers of it! But I understand that the Internet can influence us both positively and negatively. First of all I tell about a positive side of the Internet. I can communicate with any person from any part of the world. I have friends in various countries so it’s easy to talk with them by skype or viber for instance. The Internet helps me to prepare my lessons. I seek for additional material practically every day. I can find almost everything in the web. So cool, now I needn’t to spend many hours in libraries as my parents spent. I like shopping onlineand with the help of the Internet is a real pleasure. I order cloths and other items on aliexpress.
Now I’ll tell you about cons of the Internet. First of all it’s a kind of obsession. People (especially teenagers) can’t control themselves. They need to be all the time in the Internet. The Internet also blocks our brain (I think so sometimes). I can just take the composition from the Internet, transform it a little bit and the homework is ready. We need to think ourselves but nowadays we are too lazy to do this, the Internet can do everything for ourselves. It’s true.

Мне нравится Новый год
I like New Year’s Day, it is my favourite holiday. The 1st of January is a winter holiday and now it is the first day of the New Year. Peter the First changed the Russian calendar in 1699. He made the 31st of December, 1699 the last day of the year. The first of January 1700 became New Year’s Day.
The 1st of January is in the middle of winter. The weather is usually fine and there is a lot of snow everywhere. As the 1st of January is a holiday I don’t go to school and my parents don’t go to work.
Our family prepares for this holiday beforehand. My father buys and brings home a beautiful New Year’s tree at the end of December. Our family has a tradition to buy it. I like to decorate the New Year’s tree with toys, little coloured lights, sweets and a beautiful star on the top. My mother and grandmother prepare our holiday supper and lay the table. I make a cake. All the members of our family clean the flat before this nice holiday and then each of us try to dress well.
We like to see the New Year in at home with our relatives. They come to see us at 11 o’clock in the evening. At 12 o’clock we are sitting at the table and we are glad to see the New Year in. We say, "Best wishes for the New Year!". I hope that next year will be better than the last one.
The New Year’s Day is always connected with our new hopes and dreams. It is a pleasant moment to get presents on the New Year’s Eve. I usually get many nice useful things from my parents and relatives. My parents put their presents under the New Year’s tree. We don’t go to bed till morning, we watch TV, dance, eat tasty things and make jokes. I enjoy this holiday very much.
