I would like to tell you how I would resolve this conflict. From my point of view, in any situation that’s always better to talk to each other even if you don’t feel like speaking. However, your friend is wrong asking for copying you homework permanently. First of all, you should explain him what consequences he will face in case he keeps on cheating. Tell him, that it will lead to serious problems with his comprehension of the subject and may cause a quarrel with the teacher if he finds out the truth. Secondly, suggest him your help. Spend an evening finding out what he doesn’t understand, his weak points or what makes him cheat. Thirdly, try doing your homework together so that he could ask you things that are difficult for him. Finally, I’m sure that he’ll agree with you and you’ll still be great friends, helping each other in trouble. Looking forward for you story about solving your conflict.

You have received a letter from your English - speaking pen friend Debra. I’m on the basketball team this year for the first time. I enjoy it, but i think i need to get better at my game. what i should i do to improve my performance and why? do you prefer team sports or individual sports? how much time do you spend each week doing sport?

It’s great to hear from you! Sorry, I haven’t written for so long, but I was really busy with my exams.
I hope, you really enjoy being a basketball player, because it is really important! If you like it, you’ ll be able to achieve your goals. But if you want to improve your skills, you should devote much more time playing basketball. Get on a diet, eat more fruit and vegetables, this way, you’ll be fit.
What about me? Well, I don’t really like sport at all.  If I had to decide what to choose - team sports or individual ones, i’d probably choose individual sports, they’re esier for me. And I usually spend one or two hours doing sport each week, i don’t really like it, but I want to be healthy & fit.
Anyway, I have to go know, ’cause there’re a lot of homework to do. Thaks for your letter.

I’m really sorry your fridge doesn’t work properly.  I understand why your mom is so unhappy with it. It’s not easy to buy a new one cause it costs a lot, but you can have it repaired. And do you have any guarantee? If so, you can exchange it for a new one or repair it for free. I hope my advice can help you
