Last summer I visited my godmother. Once she came from the work and suggested to go to the entertainment park next day and I, of course, agreed. It was my first journey in such place. My godmother’s friend and her daughter went with us. Her daughter’s name was Dasha, we made friends at once. When we got out the bus, we heard load merry music and lively laugh. At every step music became louder and louder. At last, we came in. I occur like in a fairy land, there were different attractions: merry-go-rounds, trains, trampolines, etc. shops with sweets and toys, hand-gun ranges, horses and ponies, around there were only happy faces and bright colours. At first we bought candyfloss and ice-cream, and then we went to jump on trampoline. I never laughed so much, we jumped and fell, stood up and fell again. After I and Dasha played air hockey, the first round Dasha won, I won the second – winners all around. The biggest attraction was observation wheel, it was seen from any corner of the park, it called us. Dasha and my godmother were afraid of height but I persuaded them to go there and to watch the town from the height. We didn’t cut any slack that we came there, the fear of height stood away as soon as a wonderful panorama opened before us. We felt like birds sailing in the sky; houses, trees and streets seemed tiny figures of the dollhouse. We were overfilled with emotions; the wheel slowly went below returning us to reality. It was unforgettable day.

Flag is the country’s main symbol as well as the anthem and coat of arms. The flag of Russia consists of three stripes – white, blue and red. There is no official version of what the colours mean but some people believe that the white colour stands for generosity, blue for loyalty, and red for courage. Winter holidays are always connected with presents, good mood, parties and a lot of fun. When spring comes, the air is full of freshness and aroma of flowers. Summer brings warmth and new joys.
My favourite season is summer. As I am a student, I may enjoy my summer holidays. They are always full of fun. The weather is usually fine, it is warm and the days are the longest in the year. I may spend a lot of time with my friends. When it gets very hot, we usually go to the river, sunbathe swim and play different games. Sometimes, the weather gets cold. Dark clouds bring thunder and lighting and it starts raining. But I like summer thunderstorms, they make the air fresh and we can see a rainbow across the sky. Besides, in summer the first fruits and vegetables appear. My favourite fruit is a melon. But I also like peaches, plums and cherries. Summer is a really good time for me.

am going to tell you about my school. My school is new and modern and I like it very much. It has three floors. The classrooms are light and spacious. There are classrooms for different subjects, such as English, History, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geography, Biology Literature etc.
There is a computer class in our school. We study computer science here. The computer class has the most modern equipment and the Internet access.

In our school we have also painting group, dance group, theatre group and rock group. All these groups are very popular and many pupils attend them.

Besides the school subjects, our teachers tell us about everything, about different problems of our world, such as ecology, nature protection, climat changes etc.
There is a good tradition in our school. Every year people who graduated our school come here to meet their teachers and classmates. These meetings take place every first Saturday of February.
I think that school years are very important for every person. It’s a period of becoming adult, achieving knowledges, and choosing your way in life. Often school friends remain your friends for all your life. So I’ll never forget my school, my teachers, and my classmates.
