Last summer I visited my godmother. Once she came from the work and suggested to go to the entertainment park next day and I, of course, agreed. It was my first journey in such place. My godmother’s friend and her daughter went with us. Her daughter’s name was Dasha, we made friends at once. When we got out the bus, we heard load merry music and lively laugh. At every step music became louder and louder. At last, we came in. I occur like in a fairy land, there were different attractions: merry-go-rounds, trains, trampolines, etc. shops with sweets and toys, hand-gun ranges, horses and ponies, around there were only happy faces and bright colours. At first we bought candyfloss and ice-cream, and then we went to jump on trampoline. I never laughed so much, we jumped and fell, stood up and fell again. After I and Dasha played air hockey, the first round Dasha won, I won the second – winners all around. The biggest attraction was observation wheel, it was seen from any corner of the park, it called us. Dasha and my godmother were afraid of height but I persuaded them to go there and to watch the town from the height. We didn’t cut any slack that we came there, the fear of height stood away as soon as a wonderful panorama opened before us. We felt like birds sailing in the sky; houses, trees and streets seemed tiny figures of the dollhouse. We were overfilled with emotions; the wheel slowly went below returning us to reality. Most people think that children buy only useless things. However, it depends on each individual child. There are some youngsters, who buy flowers for their mothers and sisters. Others buy stationery for school or food when they are starving. Notable disadvantage of pocket money is that some children can spend it on cigarettes or other health-threatening habits. That’s when parents should be alarmed. To avoid such situations, they should know exactly what their children are spending money on. Besides, giving too much money to children isn’t a good idea. They can get spoiled by easy and luxurious life. It’s better to let them earn their pocket money doing minor but useful acts. For example, some juniors deliver newspapers in their free time and earn some money. Others help with gardening or work at a carwash. This way they are involved in physical activity, which is always useful. Besides, they earn decent money and they don’t have enough time for developing bad habits. Summarizing the above-mentioned viewpoints, I’d like to say that parents should give their children only limited amount of pocket money for their daily necessities, such as buying snacks and food, pens and pencils, little toys or presents for friends.

She is quite good at it and they sometimes organize school exhibitions. In my opinion, this positive atmosphere in our class is the result of our class teacher’s hard work. She is a great teacher and she often gathers us together for different occasions, which unite us as a class. For example, last week we had a small tea party after lessons, to celebrate a birthday of one of our classmates. Sometimes we even meet up in the city at weekends simply to chat or to have a walk.

I would like to tell you a story about a mermaid. It started like this.
Last summer my parents, my friend and I went to the lake for a weekend. We found a nice place on the bank near the forest. It was getting dark and we decided to make a fire. When the moon came on, the moonshine fallen on the surface of the lake.
Suddenly we heard a splash. We looked at the lake and saw a beautiful girl with long hear. She was swimming and diving in the water. We thought that it was somebody from the nearest camp, but whet the girl jumped out of the water, we noticed a long fish tale.
Oh, it wasa mermaid! We couldn’t believe our eyes and rushed to the lake. I wanted to take pictures, but she dived and disappeared. Finally my parents and friends came back to the fire, but I was staying at the bank and waiting for the strange creature for sometime. But it didn’t appear.

Many have taken online classes. Thus, computers and Internet have become an integral part of every family. Computer is a powerful tool. Internet is the main stream of information nowadays. It informs us, entertains and educates. We find everyday news online, educational resources, films, music, games. Everyone can find something to his or her own taste there. However, computers have certain disadvantages. First of all, there is too much violence online, as well as aggressive pictures and irrelevant information. All this can lead to different problems. Secondly, Internet is a free space, where personal information can easily be stolen. So, people should be aware of what they are posting or downloading.
Thirdly, computers have turned people into passive creatures. They can spend hours in front of the monitors, which results into poor eyesight and other health issues.
