Если рано встанешь, много успеешь сделать, больше тех, кто встанет после тебя.
Думаю, что эта пословица "Кто рано встал - тот не потерял" родственна другой, более известной: "Кто рано встаёт - тому Бог подаёт".
Пошли эти пословицы из народа. Раньше простолюдины жили по-простому, в избах. Ели то, что сами выращивали, находили или обменивали на базаре. Отсюда, видимо, и пословицы сами собой образовались.
К примеру, если взять сбор грибов. Кто раньше встанет и обойдёт близлежайший лес, того и грибы. Второй соберёт только то, что первый не нашёл. Третий ещё меньше. А кто подольше поспит и вовсе может ничего не найти, так как всё уже обобрано. Отсюда, видимо, и пословица. Встал раньше всех - больше всех и получил. По сути бог тут и не причём, но люди раньше были набожные, поэтому всюду божью помощь приписывали.

1) My workday starts at 7 o’clock in the morning, I wake up, I go to wash, dress, eat breakfast and go to school. At school I usually have 6 lessons at 10 o’clock we go with my friends in the school cafeteria and eat. At 2:00 I get home. I have dinner, do my homework, and everything else free time I talk / walk with friends, watch TV or sit in internete. After dinner, we watch a movie with the family. I go to bed at 10 or 11:00 pm. 2) My weekend has been very fun and fast. I usually spend it with your friends or family. We go to the shops, cinema, winter we skate or ski. In the evening all together preparing dinner!

Я обедаю, делаю уроки, и все остальное свободное время я общаюсь / гуляю с друзьями, смотрю телевизор или сижу в интернете. После ужина мы с семьей смотрим фильм. 2) Мой выходной день проходит очень весело и быстро. Я обычно провожу его со своими друзьями или с семьей. Мы ходим в магазины, кино, зимой мы катаемся на коньках или лыжах. А вечером все вместе готовим ужин !

Kazan is the capital city of the Republic of Tatarstan. It is also one of the most exciting cities I have ever seen. Last year we visited Kazan with our school teachers and classmates. It was an informative trip, as we saw lots of historic, natural and architectural sights. Our guide was an elderly woman who had a lot to tell. In local language Kazan means “a pot”, which is true as it resembles a hollow or boiler. The city has a favourable geographic position. It is situated near the Volga River which helped to develop trading relations from ancient times. According to historians the city is one thousand years or even older. In the middle of the 16th century it became the part of the Russian empire and the population constantly grew since then. At the moment Kazan shows population over a million people. It features a well-developed chemical and aviation industry, sports and cultural fields. Perhaps, the most popular sport in the city is football. Cultural background is also on good level. You can find the Academic Opera, the Museum of Natural History and other culturally interesting establishments there. All the guests of the city are offered to visit the Kremlin, which is a complex of outstanding monuments. For students Kazan is one of the friendliest cities. It features dozens of educational institutions where you can find the highest level of teaching. It is especially true about the Federal University or Medical University.
