3. Я не знал о существовании этой женщины еще полчаса назад.
Активный залог; knew - глагол Past Simple.
4. Мы просто поговорим о погоде и урожае в течение нескольких минут и зачем будем обедать.
Активный залог; will talk и will have dinner - глаголы Future Simple.

Активный залог,  shall see - глаголы Future Simple, а are - Pr. Simple
